Chotobuz is the name of the part of the Park located on the plateau above the Botič stream valley. Almost all of the space in Chotobuz is covered with growths of various native woody plant species – namely the pedunculate oak with a rhododendron undergrowth. Thanks to the vastness and diversity of the terrain this space offers many distant vistas, back toward the Castle or toward other meadows in the Botič valley. The most well-known is the Main viewpoint linking the Castle and Chotobuz.
