Spring Festival in Průhonice park

We warmly invite you to our first Spring Festival!

Come and celebrate spring in Průhonice Park and enjoy a day full of flowers, music, fashion, science, and fun for children.

The Spring Festival connects nature, art, and science in the spirit of our motto: “Plants fascinate us.”

Morning program – Small Courtyard

10:00 opening of the festival

11:30–12:00 fashion show by students of the College of Fashion Design

Guided park tour

Join a walk with our dendrologist and discover interesting facts about Průhonice Park.

Afternoon program – Picnic Meadow

14:00–17:00 botanical workshops with scientists from the Institute of Botany of the Czech Academy of Sciences
14:00–17:00 creative workshops for children
14:30–15:30 fairy tale for children – Sleeping Beauty
17:00–17:30 falconry demonstrations

📍 Location: Průhonice Park – Small Courtyard, Large Courtyard and Picnic Meadow

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The event is suitable for families with children as well as for nature and culture lovers.

🚗 Parking: If the main entrance parking is full, you can use the parking area at the end of U Hájovny street, which has a larger capacity.

🌧 The program will take place mostly outdoors. In case of bad weather, some parts will move to the Conference Centre in the castle.
