How far in advance should I make a reservation?
We recommend reserving the premises well in advance. Before confirming the booking, we recommend arranging a personal site visit. Afterwards, a binding rental order will be issued specifying the conditions of the rental.
Duration of the rental
The rental period also includes the time required for event preparation and the subsequent clean-up. The final price depends not only on the duration of the rental but also on the complexity of the event.
What happens on the day of the event?
At the agreed time, the coordinator will hand over the premises to you and will be available throughout the rental period to assist with organisational and operational matters. After the event, the renter is required to return the premises to the coordinator.
Is catering available on site?
The Conference Centre does not provide its own catering service. Upon request, we can recommend trusted catering suppliers.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellations made up to 10 days before the event date are free of charge. If the reservation is cancelled later, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Payment terms
The rental fee is paid by bank transfer. Approximately one month before the rental date, an invoice will be sent to the email address specified in the order. We do not require advance deposits.
Quiet hours
For evening events, quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am the following day. This mainly includes adjusting the volume of music or following the instructions of the coordinator.
