Hydrangea quercifolia is one of the most beautifully autumn-coloured botanical varieties. It has large, decorative, wide-lobed white flowers and unusual deeply lobed leaves that are almost felted on the reverse. The leaves change colour to a stunning burgundy red in autumn. In the group you can also see Hydrangea macrophylla, which can also be grown as a houseplant, Hydrangea paniculata and Hydrangea arborescens.
